Mission

This website presents an opportunity for networking, event collaboration, and education for auto enthusiasts throughout the Great Lakes region who are passionate about restoring, driving, and talking about classis cars. As this website develops, four key features will evolve:

Member
Network

We will be creating a private database of classic car enthusiasts throughout the Great Lakes and their collectible cars that will allow registered Network Members to search by name, city/township, and year/make of car in order to network with other members.

Education

Ad hoc as well as more formal classes and education programs will be highlighted focused on the huge interest in automobile restoration and fabrication.

Area
Attractions

This feature will include a comprehensive list of Area Attractions of interest to classic car enthusiasts and will also include detailed reviews/evaluations to assist automotive enthusiasts in prioritizing how they spend their time.

Event
Calendar

An ongoing listing of area events will be provided ranging from formal concourses and autocross events to Network Member-sponsored driving events, unique ad hoc “raves,” and other networking opportunities.

Car Show

This feature will allow Network Members to display their classic cars in an Online Car Show which will change quarterly with a different theme each quarter.

Resources

Background information and links to professional classic car restorers and commercial suppliers will be provided based on Network Member recommendations.
