All information provided on this Member Network Application Form will be strictly confidential. The Member Network database will include the member's first/last name, city of residence, e-mail address, and information about the collector cars that they own (year, make/model, color, and condition). Only approved members, who have a collector car included in the database, will have access to this database (via password). Potential applicants may be asked to provide a reference (e.g., existing member, car club officer). No information submitted on this Member Network Application Form will be used for commercial purposes.
